CMT spending $5m on a JV for Gold and Copper with a TSX listed company.
The incoming MD is a gun in resources - CIA, oversaw Rio Tinto buyout of Riversdale, and was MD of Glencore Aus for 9 years.
Downside is the suspension for change of direction. That makes three of my stocks stuck in this suspension. Im not a fan of the new ASX rules needless to say.
