    PZC - with it's low market cap it could be considered a shell. $1.1mil market cap, $750k in the bank. An old director out, new one in. A substantial holder has been selling out recently, possibly the old director. Good entry at 0.2c imo

    PZC has a potential further $7.5mil net of all costs and debt outstanding to come if the asset sale goes through = 1.6c a share so plenty of upside if the sale goes through with limited downside.
