    Another shell that offers decent value with plenty of upside:

    GRV, $1.7m cash, no debt, directors own 40m shares and total issued shares 93.3m (top 20 own 78%).

    Trading at $500k EV value even allowing for todays 14% increase. Latest quarterly comments below:
