    Sold their 2 businesses, one for $4 mill over a couple yrs. , 1 yet to sell.
    Negative EV, low MC.
    Merchant funds recent sub holder at the lows, added 30 mill
    Total 100 mill, said to be owed 2c, currently trading 0.4c

    Merchant opportunity Fund looking for an opportunity!
