    PTR another interesting one. At least a couple of dealmakers in the t20- clearly stated goal to acquire projects. last raise was $4mil @ .04, basically cash backed now and well below the last raise price. Very low cash burn (over 4 mil in the kitty still).

    Thoughts anyone? I hold a small parcel.
