Agree FIN offers lots of potential (and under cash backing).
Another shell/gold stock is VKA. Market cap only $2.1m, has $1.7m in cash and looking at new gold projects. Also has added bonus of a court battle with the Chinese over $3m USD in unpaid acquisition funds and a further $2m USD in potential royalties. After almost 2.5 years it has finally made it to court in Ghana. Not going to be a quick win (as you can see) but certainly lots of upside. At some point they either get paid or the project returned.
