    Not strictly a shell as has some decent(ish) projects but hard to see much downside at the current price and reasonable $4.2m market cap:

    Santa Fe Minerals (SFM) - $4.5m cash, directors own 10%, top 20 75%, under cash backing with only 73m shares issued. Currently has WA Gold projects and actively looking at new projects as per recent quarterly.

    Also agree with the comment of looking for shell type companies and buying before the deal.
