    HAR....looks like a raise designed to fail, and hand control to those who get the shortfall
    484M on issue, crunched 150 to 1, then a 15 for 1 raise at 2c...........giving existing holders an average of 6cents.
    Finishes with 50M SOI at 6 cents equals 3M MC
