One tell tale sign of things to come is the option terms, if you look closely you will see that the directors hold these options, and therefore would expect that the share price would be "well" above the exercise price of $0.75/option, by the time the options expire in 3years from December 2021. Therefore, by December 2024, the company is possibly quite confident that the share price would be well and truly over $1/share.
This makes sense, since the company is expecting to use all of its cash to find a commercial supply of gold according to the prospectus. This tells me they are investing their cash very aggressively to convert their permits asap.
