Not re-opening today would be the fairest. Otherwise there would be market instability caused by trying to cram a days worth into a 30 minute window.
The public relations nightmare that this will cause will best be handled by a normal open tomorrow.
Also, it will allow some calming influences from Singapore etc.
Means we are all green till tomorrow ?
