I assume that this upgrade was required to improve the system. .... even though it seemed to be working perfectly well last week. No doubt some very highly qualified and very well paid "experts" have been working on the upgrade for a few weeks. Hopefully an IT Auditor was involved to make sure there were control points ticked off and there was adequate testing. After 10 am there would be 100% monitoring to pick up abnormalities. ... so that there would have been a rollback capability to occur promptly. .... What could go wrong ?????,
