The real story of the asx in 1929 compare to the asx now ?
Well thats easy really.. There is so very little in 1929 to compare to now, what is there to compare.
Microwave ovens? nope we had them not. Technology? nope not even close. Population? nope no point compare that.
Maybe the financial Instruments that caused most of the economic crisis we now face? nope.. had not been invented yet... Not a single thing that has caused this economic crisis has been fixed as we speak. nothing.
Just because a coupla large countries suspend this and suspend that and instruct banks not to forclose and pwomise to print as much money as they please, and hand out billions upon trillions and then say we will halve our national debt within 4yeare etc etc.. Yeah Right.
Nothing has changed as we speak. Nothing
Oh yeah.. the markets will have some huge ups and some huge downs from these levels no doubt in that. But for anyone to even attempt to state, that the contradictions that have caused this economic crisis have been fixed or dealt with in any way shape or form as we speak is nothing short of ridiculous! Well might be the opinion of some.
