    It will be nothing. No different to a speeding ticket. They will ask for some clarification before relisting, which it sounds like NKP will provide regardless.

    In worse case they take you to court like Twiggy from FMG awhile back. ASX/ASIC never win. They are sheep with almost no power.

    I wouldnt be concerned in the slightest.
