Maybe they are just too selective with who they try punishing. They never seem to win and it seems motivated by personal agenda.

They are in between a rock and a hard place. You want to punish the company and its directors, but you dont want to punish us ordinary folks holding shares.

Like would forcing NKP into a 1month suspension do anything other than punish holders?

My understanding from the forum is they are 'under investigation' purely in regard to lack of clarity in previous announcement. Being in a suspension it has zero effect. As long as it is rectified before relisting, all will be fine.

The last announcement basically said trading would recommence sometime in the week begining monday 17th. At which time another update should be given.

Wouldnt be shocked if the 'special committee' has a decision by later this week.

Whilst NKP/PL wouldnt be aware of a verdict, he would be aware of a timeframe. That must be getting near.
