    there is no evidence of any investigation by the ASX.

    They have advised me even if they were checking announcements ( not investigating) they would offer no comment to anyone querying such a subject. ASIC follow similar path. They never confirm action taken or pending.

    This subject deserves to be deleted and like others of the same subject it will be.
