Black and white, easy fix , it should just be put to the ASX that if there is a rule that an organisation cannot manipulate to create an artificial SP then they should police that rule as it is clearly being broken across the whole market. If they do not wish to act on these rules that they have enacted then REMOVE THEM! so we have nothing to feel duped about and while your at it replace it with a rule that a fee is payable on every transaction.
