And regarding the Corp Cash Cow, they likely sold it because it wasn't their bread and butter. HLO originated / was bought by AOT who started from inbound travel.
They got a large sum of shares from CTM for the Corp Businesses (which they are still sitting on and doing nothing with, another story) and also Corp / Gov is largely domestic travel spend which doesn't earn any commissions so in all likelihood it was probably costing them money but anyway it made sense to offload to a dedicated corporate travel provider in my view.
