A survey completed in June found Millennials and Gen Zers are at the forefront of the travel boom, but they are showing a preference for not planning their own trips.A significant 38% of Gen Z and millennial respondents have expressed a preference for using a travel agent rather than booking online themselves. This resurgence of interest in having professionals plan vacations is bringing back travel agents to a level of prominence reminiscent of their heyday in the '90s.
