Check out what is going on over at the STI thread. Ex defacto of CEO supplied detailed documentation to ASIC regarding illegal goings on at dozens of companies he was involved in and they have done nothing. Incidentially, I also reported him to ASIC and never heard a word.
She has dedicated a new blog all about him and is updating it every few days. Should embarrass ASIC no end. That is if they don't get her blog removed in the meantime of course.
