yep happy to pay my share of tax as well but dont see why as you earn more the rate of tax increases to almost 50% (46.5%) above $180k. Where is my incentive? Now Im not saying no tax over $180k just that it should be a flat rate for all over a lower benchmark. This is what they are trying to do with the changes to the tax rates in 2022. Doesnt go far enough but at least its a start. Remeber the person earning $180k is still paying more tax than the person earning $100k at a flat rate.
