After countless request for duplication information My wife was in the final stages of getting her application approved for the old age pension which we checked by a phone call to them , next week the application was deleted from the data base...what application they said..so sorry no record of application..you can put in a complaint...yeah sure...paperwars and a condescending/patronising verdict to follow that so sorry you were one in a million ...error from exhaustion from our hard working staff..yardayarda....no thanks....we are going through the rigmarole again...this is a never ending story from the 2nd august

It always pays to keep copies of every bit of paperwork with any gov dept. Also with phone contact keep a log of date time and full name of person you spoke with as well as the dept they are in.
