You’re right. My bad. The FDA can put a Hold on the trial, (thank God that hasn’t happened), grant the IND early (looks like that isn’t going to happen) or grant it after 30 days. Wading through the IND document was a nightmare! It must have taken about 50 lawyers to draft it! I have new-found respect for Rohan for taking on that monumental task!
