Has it been discussed that the less the value of HyAct is represented in ACLs share price, the lower the proportion of HyAct ACL current holders will likely own after funds are raised?
If value is not currently assigned, then new investors will demand a higher % of the HyAct ACL company to contribute funds. I believe this is why risk free options were given to institional investors during the previous raising, and I believe it is a key risk if/when the split occurs.
