Its done by a scheme of arrangement, which is court ordered - this means that they can compulsorily acquire BELOW the normal 90% that you usually need to vanilla takeovers. i.e. if Hanlong control 75% they still may be able to compulsorily acquire your shares.
On the other side of the blade, if someone else comes in with a SIA too, then THEY can acquire Hanlong's shares so long as 75% of other shareholders accept the superior bid.
