I was in the city with my 5 year old, he noticed a mentally ill person and asked me about it. I explained the person had a sick brain and just need some help. A few months later I was in a public space sitting close to our local federal member talking to a community group. Our esteemed member was talking over everyone big noting himself, paying no attention to the what the community group was trying to discuss with him. After 25 minute he walked out to him saying how busy he was, the community group looking shell shocked just looking at each other. On the way past me he gave me a shite eating look like he was very special, my 5 year old asked me if he had a sick brain right in front of the member, made me laugh out loud.
We have all these very wise arguments with bias towards a particular group or another, no one seems to be talking about how Democracy is failing people and getting worse.
