The reason that many are of the "Yes vote" is because they've been worn down over time. And its the Management that left us with 1 poor option with their "no shop" agreement. Wescott for one seems to know the ins and outs of this company better than most shareholders and knows its "true value".

This is just a situation that should never have eventuated.
I too just want out now because I believe management have damaged our prospects to such a level that to recover would take a long time and much dilution.
Lets just hope they have been toying with us and pull out a miricle.
