Maybe I am naive Graham, but not arrogant to claim certainty about Boon's deck-stacking as I have not been close enough to the action. But that does not matter anyway now as he and other old directors are leaving soon.

I stand by the two points I made in my previous post: (1) my hope that the new directors to be appointed are both competent and 'independent' and (2) the new Chairman and the CEO are committed to, and willing to be accountable for, the company's success.

It does not matter to me if you saw little merit in what I had to say.
