Dr Graeme Laver from the John Curtin School of Medical Research was a Biota Director in the beginning, got sidelined when he sold neuramidase crystals that was part of Biota's IP and profited himself.
What Laver sold was used to develop Tamiflu.
Bit of a let down for Australian Innovation and Biota wouldn't you think so?
