Indeed Mozart, it underscores how BHP are patently dishonest on this issue & their evidence cannot be trusted. In fact are they perjuring & obfuscating & with dishonest numbers & analysis & abusing the court system merely to delay & make companies like BRM miss their critical paths to production - If so then they should be penalized surely?
