By the way if the article is correct and if I have interpret it properly maybe VMS should go into a trading halt given that it appears to effect some of it's proposed mining ventures? This would then allow for an appropriate response as to the effect it would have on the Company's future assuming the correctness of the article/s.
"His comments followed a report in The Australian yesterday that the federal government intended to excise a number of leases for which there were well- developed mining proposals but not yet operational mines from the heritage listing.
The report said exclusions included plans by Western Australia's Venture Minerals for up to three open-cut mines in areas that include old-growth rainforest and Tasmanian devil habitat."
