    Punter,
I'm afraid I'm with blue cattle. The 4 WDs were bought/leased (whatever) around a year or so ago when there was no drilling happening. There was a Field Manager ,since disappeared, driving around the Gold Coast in one of them and RJ driving off-road to Robina in the other. I would be asking questions about staff costs as well. If Ray Macnamara has so much 'knowledge and education' then why is there a 'Senior Accountant', Natalia Fraser, as well? I notice that Lynda Palmer, previous 'Legal Manager', is now the 'Community and Indigenous Services Manager'. Wonder what she does? I have no issue with top level management being paid a fair salary which is commensurate with industry norms. I think you'll find, Punter, that smaller companies which are not performing try to trim the fat a bit even if it is only for shareholders to feel that management shares their pain. The people at the 'helm' may be 'good people' but shareholders have left them to their own devices for too long now. I believe this is why you have the 'old wages train' recurrence.
