Punter53, I generally agree with you and I think management got the message before the EGM that some salaries were out of wack. Hopefully they will moderate their salary claims from now on.This particularly applies to RJ whose salary is way beyond what the MD of a small CBM hopeful with no proven reserves, should be getting paid.In a year or so if ICN makes good progress things will catch up and be roughly in synch from a salary point of view so I cant get overly excited about the whole issue.
Incidentally , the old addage about paying peanuts and getting monkeys doesnt really hold any more. The problem has been that many companies , now bankrupted, were paying a fortune and still getting monkeys.
