ICN company sec got a total package $325k, VPE company seC on $113k, BOW energy comapny sec on $107k ..WCL company sec on $165 k & CEO RJ on total package $627k makes more then AOE ceo & aoe mkt cap $2 bill plus i am sure ICN management are capable BUT are paid way way over the mkt norm..hence a lot CSG employees are saying how can i get a job at ICN & be based on the gold coast & get paid double, brisbane office space is going begging & brisbane is the hub for coal bed players ICN could half its office space bill straight away & be in the hub of the coal bed players...and another question senior management J quayle got 60 k in super when he had a base pay of $150k plus a $30 k bonus & other benifits for a total of $180k & got $60 k of super on top as well or %32 super contrib ?? going on base rate..t thought %9 was the super contrib rate? i would say ICN overheads could easy be cut in half & a extra $1.5 mill to $2 mill put into the ground ..in admin & wage savings..hence i see a never ending capital raisings coming.& more dilution..while the ICN honey pot keeps going. i would say a lot of expense questions will come up at the AGM..especially on why a company sec is on double the peers wages with a full time accountant as well to do the books??
