Mate, the crux of the discussion is book value, the occupancy rate could be considered a what if.However ,I actually know a number of leasees in this centre, and went through the doors, so have a bit of an opinion.
Also if I was downramping, wouldn't I post at 2 pm when all the galahs are on the perch ,instead of at midnight, when mainly forex traders and the more astute investors are lurking? I am looking at investing 100k in this, so consider it my right to ask every question I feel is important to be answered, contrary to your opinion...
