    Nope. You have to wait for the price of strike price if you want to convert. But in this case, options may go high with increasing SP as the expiry date is Nov 2028. ( 4.5 years is a lot of time) and if in 2024, US federal govt Gives green light to Cannabis, SKY is the limit. ME1 & EXL will be on fire
