There could still be a bidding war with Origin. Fingers crossed.
Yesterday I heard that the 4th plant on Curtis has been canned. Unconventional supply hasn't been what they hoped, and I'd say the 30 year China deal could have spooked a few.
To really throw a cat amongst the pigeons it would be interesting to see the reaction if China announced they were constructing an LNG plant using Russian gas. They could build them at a fraction of the cost and are a stones throw from asian markets. Interesting times in the gas sector.
