To clarify - CNJ shareholders will get more shares in MtT for their shares, than will BAR shareholders for their shares. In total, all CNJ shareholders should receive the same number of shares in a new MtT as the total number of BAR shareholders. BAR shareholders should still be sitting on shares then worth 2.5c each. Whether that price will tank, depends on what the gold prospects look like at the time and whether BAR management are actively driving that side of the business.

If Galileo were to put an equal tenement value into MtT, they should have to also put in cash to match the sunk costs incurred by CNJ/BAR on feasibility studies etc, that they will benefit from. I don't expect they will be putting in $12M cash though - as their tenements will be the lions share of their contribution.

Don't be surprised to see a capital raise off the back of the merger in the new MtT, after a significant hoped for boost in SP following the merger.
