Does not look good.
The gauntlet is being thrown down at the feet of the top 20 (smaller holders as well). Particapate or lose the lot.
The business vendors also face big decisions. If this does not go through then they basically have given their business away for nothing.
NMS stated they want $60 - $80 mill. If they get the $60 mill then the vendors will have to further defer - better than losing the lot??
Most likely some of the vendors are in discussions regarding a buy back which will result in less being needed under the issue??.
So the twists and turns may see at least the $60 mill raised.
