Today's AFR (page 24) has an article re the sale and states:
"It's understood at least one of the larger institutional BEPPA holders is voting no and is potentially seeking action against the directors for breach of their fiduciary duties."
Irrespective, at less than 3c, we have almost nothing to lose and if the article is correct at least 1 major sees it the same.
We may yet get our train wreck.
If so, hope they can remove BAM from being paid their 1%.
