Hi All
The Financial Review today in its 'Taking Stock' section mentions 'Smaller property development stocks are being raked over by large fund managers and Aspen is one of them with a share price discount to net tangible assets at more than 20%.'
Maybe Aspen is starting to get some attention. AS AFR states, the price has risen 10% since January 2010.
