In all seriousness, how do you know anyone `borrowed` under `9$`? I don`t get it. Just because you borrow shares does not mean you sell them!? You might hold the borrow so that you can sell on a pop in price ! ? Or have a borrow to hedge the convertible that was recently issued (if necessary) ... just because you borrow does not mean you use the shares.
So many factors that to state a price of $9 does not make sense ...
