BOA has been a substantial holder since CN annoucement when the ref price was $9.18...Merrill lynch hedged at reference price referring to zip announcement..”borrowed shares” means nothing else but short e.g I borrowed shares from you at $9 so it suits me that SP is lowers than $9 when I return them back to you otherwise higher price is my loss so fundamentally I will be using them for short but nothing else!
