Lol be zip specific, convertible you can’t trade till 2024 and there is a fair possibility that this high beta stock can go to $50 & come back to $5 in 4 years..so the only option that can Make you money is shorting...let’s say offer comes at $15 and SP opens next day at $15 & after few days zip rejects the offer then you will make money by shorting those borrowed shares & you will keep on shorting till Tuesday bring it down to you borrowed price and retired it back to lender!
