People act like premiums are set in stone on the percentage above the SP for take overs.
If the company is massively shorted by an insto that is attempting a take over. Guess what the first topic of discussion in when the premium is being decided? Hmmmm, could it be the new hopeful parent company's short position? Yes I think it could be hmmmmmmm
