Also just a point, dealing with the regulators within the financial products sector, keeping your book `clean` is a priority. The reg`s know exactly what you are doing and they will advise on licenses with that information.
Small cap mining and gaming is the wild west (IMHO), but when it comes to financial products markets keeping a good credibility with the regulators is massive. Especially if you are a newcomer ... they can make or break a company.
