Any one can explain why the SP is lower than the TO offer price? What's the risk for the take over to get through i.e. FIRB approval?
My initial thought is that the SP might be a bit over 24 in anticipation of a higher bid from Nystar, but the reality turns out to be quite different.
Any comments?
