Lets stick to the claims - what do you think about the claims around the CE mark
'Was / Is he correct, that the CE application has some very serious obstacles to overcome?
We see the notes in the latest update that the CE is expected some time this 1/4. If it runs to March, that will be almost 6 months after first expected and that is the Fast Track process.
It was pretty bad form, or plain ignorance, to suggest to retail punters that this would be in October, or November, or December. Either they didn't really understand what they were doing, or they have mislead the market. Your choice.
What happens if at the end of March there is still no CE mark????
I can understand that holders who are passionate about OSL, would want to find reasons to blag the man (self confirmation bias, for sure), but it would be foolish to dismiss him out of hand based on such a bias. Punting, not investing, one feels.'
