All very interesting stuff. In the end, I think OSL is acting within its rights to hush Chris B. He has made assertions which the Company denies (known failure and knock backs from FDA and CE) and reasons for staff leaving etc. With regard to his opinion, so what, he is entitled to it, but where he says he has on good authority / direct sources etc, my questions to the Company whom have confirmed with the regulatiry authorities, have been adequately refuted and hence I see Chris B as mischievous. Agree too with Messrs Hogan etc that Chris B should concentrate on his day job rather than trash talk, that said not sure a text was the best way, but he too may be fed up, as Forrest has an enviable record and they too have been trash talked down.

Anyway another opportunity to buy cheaper than we could have. This will all die down in a few days and I'm sure updates will come from the Company. As Humble says, no time limits on a game of ping pong, but we need to acknowledge that if they had already had a NO from the CE or IDE, it would simply be published.

Personally, I thinks its a matter of when, not if. That said, agree its a frustrating wait!!! But as grannies say, good things take time and I'm not here for the ST trade.
