    it's not that cbd derived from hemp is illegal, the fda and the hemp bill don't match. Thise letters were NOT to stop selling CBD but to stop making claims .....EXL , CVSI, CW ( all which have not received any direction letter ) are not getting potentially sued because of the fda, they are been sued by opportunists.
