MEO, in a trading halt, has a market cap of $176m supported by $40m of cash. Throw in the $100m salvage value of its other assets and there's a mere $36m value ascribed to the Artemis stake.
It may depend on the details of the deal but the above quote definitely alludes to how undervalued it is at the moment.
Depending on the complexity of the deal then market may need a little while to digest but based on the above quote it may come out guns blazing.
